Key Responsibilities
Karbon Administration (Primary Workflow System)
- Maintain and roll forward recurring tasks in Karbon.
- Ensure task assignments, due dates, staff roles, and client records are accurately maintained.
- Track task completion and support data consistency for reporting inputs.
- Stay on top of template modification requests
Identity & Access Management
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory / Azure AD under guidance.
- Perform password resets and resolve account lockouts.
- Manage DUO MFA setup, device reassignments, and reactivation codes.
Staff Onboarding & Offboarding (Desktop-Based Environment)
- Support the setup and configuration of desktops for new staff.
- Ensure correct access to all required applications (Teams, Outlook, Karbon, ShareFile, LastPass).
- Follow structured onboarding/offboarding checklists and maintain records.
Desktop & Application Support (First-Line Response)
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop performance and login/profile issues.
- Support core business applications including: Outlook, Teams, ShareFile, Adobe/PDF tools, Fixed Assets software, QuickBooks Desktop connectivity & Database Manager basic issues.
- Escalate non-basic technical issues to the Senior System Administrator (India).
Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams/Co-pilot/ Automation Assistance
- Manage SharePoint access and permissions for staff.
- Maintain folder organization and shared resource structure.
- Complete foundational Microsoft 365/SharePoint training after joining.
- Help with writing macros and leveraging other tools.
- Experience in Co-pilot
- Worked with Microsoft Teams
Reporting Data Support
- Generation of WIP reports
- Perform data validation checks to maintain accuracy.
- Update budget/staff allocation values as instructed.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain clear SOPs and troubleshooting notes.
- Identify repetitive actions suitable for standardization or basic automation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in system administration or IT support.
- Understanding of Windows desktop administration.
- Basic familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD (user/group management).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint basics).
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined task execution.
- Strong client rapport skills and ability to communicate clearly in written English.
