Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly financial statements.
Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash, holdings, and investment transactions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, such as GAAP, and all regulatory and legal requirements.
Performance and Analysis: Calculate and report performance for multiple entities, analyze financial data, and prepare reports for management and investors.
Cash Management: Monitor cash flows and process wire receipts and disbursements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.

Candidate must be a Commerce Graduate (B.Com or M.Com)
Must have experience in Accounting for Investment companies
Xero, FathomHQ, Brex, Bill.com experience is must
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
Should have an in-depth understanding or working experience in of Private Equity / Venture Capital (PE/VC)
Must be willing to Work in Night Shift
