Roles and Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding Support Prepare offer letters and new hire packets
Support onboarding checklist completion & documentation
Enter new hires and terminations into HRIS & benefit systems
Prepare exit documentation and offboarding checklists
Maintain onboarding and offboarding trackers
Ensure proper digital filing of onboarding and exit documents
Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in platforms
Maintain compliance checklists and documentation logs
Track and update U.S. HR regulatory checklists (FLSA classification, I-9 audit prep, U.S. benefits rules, etc.) — not performing compliance decisions, just tracking tasks and updates Maintain task SLA logs and accuracy metrics
Candidate Profile:
2+ years HR administrative support experience
Experience with HR platforms / HRIS Experience supporting benefits or payroll change processes
Strong Excel, SharePoint, and documentation skills Detail-oriented with excellent data accuracy
High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) required to support U.S.-based HR operations and documentation.
Ability to follow structured processes and timelines Experience supporting U.S. HR preferred (not required)
Good communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent HR administrative experience
