Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of hardware.
Analyze and isolate problems within the PCB circuitry and components, utilizing various testing equipment and tools.
Assist with the failure mode and effects analysis process.
Update and repair failed production on customer site.
Assist with root cause correction, implementation and verification.
Support launch of new products at Epoch or at customer sites.
Stay abreast of new technologies and customer’s requirements.
Parts substitution and rework, system upgrade and replacements.
Complete the other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

PCB Assembly & Rework Machinery.
Capability for board-level rework.
Strong understanding of electronic components and circuitry.
Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design.
Knowledge on debugging and reworking PCBs, and testing.
Knowledge on PCB Manufacturing Technologies and PCB Assembly process.
Knowledge for IC programming of Microchip or equivalent.
Have understanding of functional test fixtures.
Capability in data collection and analysis.
Good communication skills must be able to communicate with customers affectively.
Good English written and oral communication skills must be able to clearly and concisely communicate technical information.
Good computer and repair tools skills.
