Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage Financial Transactions: Input and categorize daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and invoices, into QuickBooks Online.
Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor statements to ensure all transactions are accurate and up to date.
Generate Financial Reports: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Software Management: Use QuickBooks Online and other software tools to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.
Client Support: Communicate with clients regarding billing issues, payment status, and any questions related to their accounts.

Candidate Profile:

Experience with other accounting software or tools is a plus.
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online (required).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
