Posting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Process and monitor incoming payments and outgoing invoices.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances on a regular basis.
Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits.
Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Bachelor’s/Masters's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in SAP/SAP FICO
3+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Strong MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication for vendor and client interaction
