Roles and Responsibilities:

Maint
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and digital tools to streamline daily operations.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero).
Strong understanding of financial regulations, GAAP, or IFRS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication skills to present financial data to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with AI tools is preferred, particularly for data analysis, report preparation, automation, and improving accounting workflows.
